Dave Gibbons is passionate about catalyzing dreams to reality! He serves as the Founder and CEO of XEALOTS, a creative global human development collective focused on Misfit Leaders (XEALOTS.ORG). He is the founder of NEWSONG Community. He serves as an advisor and spiritual guide to domain leaders from a diversity of organizations for profit and social profit. He has served on the boards of World Vision and Fuller Seminary. He's written an award winning book on adaptive leadership called The Monkey and the Fish and a leadership book, XEALOTS: Defying the Gravity of Normality.
